CAPTAIN AMERICA: BRAVE NEW WORLD [FEBRUARY 14TH]

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is renowned for its intricate storytelling and larger-than-life characters. In 2025, Disney promises to elevate this legacy with groundbreaking "Captain America: Brave New World". The MCU gets back to the films that are most grounded. This shift towards a more tangible narrative offers fans an immersive experience, especially with Anthony Mackie's continuation as Captain America. In this 4th installment to the Captain America series, Sam Wilson, the new Captain America, finds himself in the middle of an international incident and must discover the motive behind a nefarious global plan.

DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN [MARCH 4TH]

This March, under the Marvel Television marquee, the studio prepares for the rebirth of one of their most gritty and grounded characters yet. Classic Tales Reinvented: The Return of Iconic Narratives

In 2025, Disney transports audiences back to the magic of classic tales with live-action adaptations like "Snow White" and "Lilo & Stitch (See Below)." This direction taps into the beauty of nostalgia while introducing contemporary elements to beloved stories.

SNOW WHITE [MARCH 21]

In this still of the iconic apple hand off, "Snow White" manifests as a spectacular visual feast, embodying iconic characters such as Gal Gadot's transformative role as the evil queen. Watch the official trailer for Snow White below

THE AMATEUR [APRIL 11]

Beyond remakes and sequels, Disney's 2025 lineup showcases ventures that break new ground, evident with films like "The Amateur." The premise about a tech guy seeking revenge promises a unique perspective. Here, the narrative deviates from typical tropes by centering on a protagonist employing intellect over brawn.

Moreover, the film boasts a powerhouse ensemble including Rami Malik, John Bernthal, and Laurence Fishburne, ensuring it stands out as a sophisticated thriller. Perhaps liken it to a cerebral version of "John Wick," "What if John Wick couldn't use a gun? He could only use a keyboard." This movie enriches the 2025 slate by exploring fresh themes, highlighting Disney's dedication to diversifying its appeal beyond established franchises.

THUNDERBOLTS [MAY 2]

The "Thunderbolts" movie marks a potential turning point for Marvel fans, setting the stage with beloved anti-heroes and complex narratives.

Drawn from numerous plot lines throughout the successful Marvel Studios franchise, THUNDERBOLTS* bands together a team of mischievous supervillains played by Florence Pugh, David Harbor, Wyatt Russell, Lewis Pullman, Olga Kurylenko, Hannah John-Kammen and Sabastian Stan, in a Suicide Squad fashion to embark on a mission for the government.

Disney continues its trend with live-action adventures, in what some believe, promises to be a visually captivating adaptation. We're talking about with the eagerly anticipated "Lilo & Stitch."

LILO & STITCH [MAY 23RD]

The absolute fan favorite, "Lilo & Stitch" aims to captivate a new generation. The film ingeniously blends CGI and live-action techniques.

ELIO [JUNE 13TH]

Of course it wouldn't be a Disney lineup without at least one PIXAR release on the roster, and this one offers an exciting new story combined with heartwarming humor, the only way PIXAR knows how to do it.

ELIO, a new animated feature from PIXAR, follows a space fanatic with an active imagination, who finds himself on a cosmic misadventure where he must form new bonds with alien lifeforms, navigate a crisis of intergalactic proportions and somehow discover who he is truly meant to be.

Wrapping up the already massive slate from DIsney releases is the much anticipated Marvel Studios 'Fantastic Four: First Steps'. This is the return of Marvel's first family for the fourth time, only this time First steps brings our four heroes played by Predo Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn and Ebon Ross-Bachrach back home under Marvel Studio's guidance, for the first time. Although not many details have been revealed we have our fingers crossed for a Super bowl Sunday trailer premiere!

FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS [JULY 25TH]

Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” introduces Marvel’s First Family—Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn) and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) as they face their most daunting challenge yet. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus’ plan to devour the entire planet and everyone on it weren’t bad enough, it suddenly gets very personal.

Capturing a Legacy of Innovation and Enchantment

As 2025 unfolds, Disney's cinematic offerings present a tapestry of innovation, nostalgia, and fresh storytelling. Films like "Captain America: Brave New World" and "Fantastic Four: First Steps" ensure Marvel continues to dominate our screens with epic narratives. Concurrently, live adaptations such as "Snow White" and "Lilo & Stitch" invite audiences to revisit cherished tales within a modern context.

Moreover, original creations like "The Amateur" embody Disney's drive to push narrative boundaries, providing audiences with suspenseful storytelling brimming with intellect and emotion. Supported by an impressive array of talent and directors, Disney's lineup underscores the studio's capacity to blend tradition with novel perspectives — ensuring it continues to enthrall and captivate the next wave of moviegoers. This multidimensional approach illustrates Disney's knack for balancing blockbuster entertainment with artistic exploration, ensuring that 2025 will be a cinematic year to remember.
