The Suicide Squad's newest leader, Idris Elba, had taken to his instagram page to announce that he will in fact be added to Sonic The Hedgehog 2 in role of Knuckles!
Elba will be one of many stars to add life to the much anticipated sequel to the 2020 adaptation to the popular Sega video game.
Others set to return are Jim Carrey returning as the villainous Dr, Robotnik, James Marsden and Ben Schwartz as Sonic The Hedgehog. The film will again be directed by Jeff Folwer and expected to hit theaters April 8, 2022.
